I don't believe this is "Gluten-Free", which was my main search ingredient. - 6/1/12

These are GREAT! Superb way to get a chocolate fix! Update 3/7: I made these yet again and I don't add the chips however with 1/4 cup sugar free fat free pudding on the top and microwaved for 15 seconds they turn into mini lava cakes. yum! - 2/15/12

Yum! These were amazing (even without extra chocolate...). I replaced 1/3 of the sugar with Splenda, and it worked fine. I'll definitely be making them again. - 11/2/10

I made these tonight and they were great! I did add the chocolate chips but I also added 1/2 cup of walnuts. I wrapped them all seperately and then put them into a freezer bag so I can pull them out as needed. That way I don't eat them all in a day or two! - 2/27/10

Mmmmm.... My son said that these were cupcakes, not muffins because muffins taste like whole grain wheat and these didn't. I put the choc. chips on the top of the muffins thinking this would make a great icing but the tops sunk in the middle. Next time I'll try putting them on after baking. Thanks! - 2/11/10

These are a family favorite now. Healthier chocolate cake, essentially. You would never guess they're fat free. I've always made them with the chocolate chips. - 2/1/10
