Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup - Fat free strawberry yogurt (can also use plain yogurt, or any flavor you like)1 Cup - Frozen strawberries (can also use fresh)1 Cup - Light Apple JuiceOptional:64 Grams - Whey Protein Powder3-4 Ice Cubes
Directions
Measure all the ingredients and put into a blender. Mix together and serve!

Sometimes I add ice cubes into the blender, it creates more of a "slushy" texture when mixed together.

This particular recipe makes enough for one person. But if you're making for two, just double the ingredients.
