We slice ours like regular fries and don't use any lime. We only flip them once after 15 min. of cooking - 4/29/10

Just a couple of tricks I use when baking sweet potato fries... First after cutting them, soak them in cold water for an hour before cooking. Drain well and dry completely. Then toss with cornstarch or arrowroot before coating in oil and seasonings. They will get nice and crispy. - 8/17/16

This was ridiculously amazing. Used Cajun Slap Yo Mama seasoning instead of chili powder. Could not stop eating it. Will definitely make again! - 2/11/15
