8 chicken tenderloins, cooked1 C cooked rice3/4 C nonfat Ceasar salad dressing8 small flour tortillas2 C shredded lettuce2 medium tomatos, chopped
1. Cook chicken if not already cooked (boil or brown in skillet)
2. Cook rice according to directions if not already cooked
3. Shred chicken. Stir in rice and dressing.
4. Fill each tortilla with rice/chicken mixture, lettuce and tomotos.
5. Roll and serve
