Yam Soup

Ingredients
yam, garlic, water, bouillon cubes, seasonings pinch only cinnamon, cumin, bay leaf, 2 tbls 50%less fat marg.
Directions
boil all together, when yam is soft puree with handheld blender, add 2 tbls of rice flour to cold water, mix well then add to soup stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes. Sweeten or salt + pepper to taste.
