Pizza with the works

Ingredients
2 tsps olive oil1 onion, thinly sliced1/4 pound seet italian turkey sausage,casings removed and crumbled1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly slicced 1/4 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced,2 plumm tomatoes sliced1 (10-ounce) package thin pizza crust1 tbsp capers rinsed and drained1 Cupshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450. heat a 12-to 14 inch nonstic skilletover medium-high heat. Swirl in the oil, then add the onion. cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 3 mins. Add the sausage and bell peppers. Cook stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and the bell peppers are slightly softene, 6-8 mins. add the muschrooms and tomatoes. cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and the juices are released, about 4 mins.
2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the sausage mixture on the crust. Sprinkle with the capers, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Bake until hot and the cheeses are lightly browned, 8-10 mins. To serve, slide the pizza onto a large cutting board, sprinkle with the anchovies, then cut into 6 slices.
