Healthy Egg Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese1 Tbsp skim milk1 tsp mustard2 Tbsp chopped celery4 hard boiled egg whites1 hard boiled egg yolkDash of Curry powder
Directions
Whip cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Blend the other ingredients except the egg whites to the cottage cheese mixture, Add chopped egg whites and mix well.
