Crockpot Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs1 14 oz can chunk pineapple1 lg yellow onion2 c. sweet & sour sauceWhite Rice (optional)
Directions
Spray crockpot w/ nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken thighs. Pour can of chunk pineapple over the top. Slice onion and scatter over pineapples. Pour sweet & sour sauce on top. Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hrs. This is great served over white rice.
