CL Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup boiling water1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed without oil1/2 cup ketchup1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs3/4 cup finely chopped onion3/4 chopped fresh basil1/2 cup shredded sharp italian 5 cheese blend2 large egg whites2 garlic cloves1 pound ground sirloin (96/4)1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
Combine boiling water and tomatoes in a bowl; let stand 30 minutes or until soft. Drain tomatoes; finely chop.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine 1/2 cup ketchup, breadcrumbs, and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add tomatoes to meat mixture. Shape meat into a 9X5 meatloaf pan. Spread 1/3 cup ketchup over meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 6 servings - serves six.
