Lima Bean and Potato Soup

2 onions, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 cups, potatoes diced (raw)3 cups, vegetable broth1 tsp, thyme1 tsp, basil4 cups, lima beans (cooked) 16 oz. Almond Breeze (or other non dairy milk beverage)
Bring onions, potatoes, broth, thyme, and basil to a boil in a large pot.. Reduce to medium heat and let cook for about 20 minutes, covered. Add the lima beans, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and reduce to low heat for another 10 minutes. Stir in the non dairy milk. OPTIONAL: use corn starch to thicken to taste.
