General Tso's Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup water1 Tbsp cornstarch1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar1 Tbsp red wine1 Tbsp honey1 tsp red curry paste (chinese chili paste preferred)1 clove garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Heat to thicken.

Great for tossing with stir fry veggies and tofu and serving over rice.

Meant for use with tempura chicken, but can be used with unbreaded chicken or shrimp.
