Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal8 egg whites4 scoops chocolate whey protein2 tablespoons peanut butter1/2 banana, mashed1 tsp vanilla extract3 tsp splenda or truviacinnamon and nutmeg
Directions
preheat oven to 350

mix oatmeal and egg whites first, then mix in other ingredients.

grease pan and make 8 cookies.

bake for 20-25 minutes, until tops look dry

    Wet, watery "batter". Nothing NEAR a cookie batter. So I'm 4 scoops of whey protein and 8 egg whites invested in this mess.ran 1 cup of oats through food processed... Still watery. Adding whole wheat flour. DO NOT WASTE TIME & money on this! - 3/23/14
