* Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil, 5 tbsp * nestle mini morsels, 8 tbsp * *Flour, unbleached, all-purpose, King Arthur brand (.25 cup = 30g), 1 cup * *King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * tropicana trop 50, 3.5 oz)
mix dry ingredients together in deep bowl, including sugar
cut in cold butter until it looks like small peas
make well in center of mixture and add liquid
stir quickly until it begins to form a ball
turn out on clean surface and pat into a ball
roll into nine inch circle 1/2 inch high
using 2 1/2 inch round, cut out scones and place on cookie sheet
push together stray pieces and continue until you have 12
bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees
