8 oz rice pasta1lb ground beef2tsp dried onion1.5cups chopped tomato3 cloves garlic1/4tsp salt1/2tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp basil1 tsp balsamic vinegar1/2 cup light ricotta
Boil water and set pasta to cook.
Brown ground beef. Add dried onion and saute until soft. Add chopped tomato, garlic, salt, garlic powder, basil, balsamic vinegar. Let simmer 5 minutes. Add ricotta, mix well.
