Easy Butterscotch Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
1 (18.5 oz) pkg yellow cake mix1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant Butterscotch pudding1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup canola oil1/4 cup applesauce1 egg, large3/4 cup chopped pecan3/4 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl whisk together the first 3 ingredients. Add egg, applesauce and oil. Mix well. Add nuts and chips will be crumbly.

Scoop about 1 Tbsp of dough press into a ball. Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. cool for couple of minutes before removing to a wire rack. Makes 30
