Farm & Garden Beef Rotini

Ingredients
One 13.25 ounce box of Ronzoni* Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat RotiniOne pound lean ground beefOne 8 ounce can of sliced mushroomsOne 14.5 ounce can of Hunt's* Diced tomatoes, sweet onion flavor30(aprox) fresh spinach leaves*shreaded low fat cheddar or parm cheese to garnish (maybe 1/2 cup)
Directions
Boil 5 quarts of water for whole box of pasta cook at a boil for 13-16 minutes according to firmness preference. Meanwhile in large pan, brown lean ground beef. Once beef is mostly browned add tomatoes and mushrooms, let simmer to soak in taste. Add seasonings to taste( I chose onion powder, garlic powder, and cilantro). Add spinach last and toss ingredients while leaves soften and darken. Serve aprox 2 oz pasta topped with desired amount of beef topping. Garnish with 2 or 3 pinches of shreaded cheese. Serves about 7 or 8 people.
