David's low calorie egg nog

Ingredients
2 cups egg whites4 cups light soy milk1 cup splenda1 packet powdered milk (92g)2 cups bourbon1 cup rum1 cup brandyground nutmeg to taste
Directions
1. mix 2 cups light soy milk with 1 packet powdered milk, whip until very creamy, and fold in half of splenda

2. in a seperate container, whip egg whites until stiff
fold in other half of splena

3. fold both containers together in a larger bowl, and whisk in 2 cups light soy milk

4. whisk in bourbon, rum, and brandy

5. stir in ground nutmeg

6. chill and then serve
