Teriyaki Chicken with Broccolli

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Broccolli, 8 cups Garlic, 6 clovesTeriyaki Sauce (3 tbsp)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Chop all the veggies and set aside. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. I saute the onion and garlic first in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, then reserve. Next I saute the chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil and add in 3 tbsp of the Teriyaki sauce as the meat is cooking. I cook meat for about 6 minutes, then reserve. Next I cook the broccolli in in the same pan. Cook to the doneness you like. Add the chicken back in and mix well. I serve it over 1/2 cup of cooked short grain brown rice.
