2 tbsp ground flaxseed1/3 cup hot coffee2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted3 3/4 cups cooked black beans1 banana1/3 cup apple butter1 egg1/2 cup honey2/3 cup brown sugar1 cup dark cocoa1/2 tsp salt2 oz rolled oats (can use instant - 2 packets)
Preheat the oven to 350F, line a 9x13" pan with parchment and lightly grease.
Whisk together the flaxseed and coffee, let stand 5 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients, except the oatmeal, in a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides of the processor as needed.
Pulse in the oatmeal.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Chill in the fridge before slicing for best results.
