Pasta Salad with Cilantro Pesto (Vegan)

Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni1/2 med head cauliflower cut into bite sized florettes2 cups broccoli cut into bite sized florettes2/3 jar Trader Joe's Julienned Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil24 Kalamata olivesfull recipe of cilantro pesto (separate recipe)
Directions
Boil pasta to al dente. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender, but not falling apart. Slice olives if desired or just leave them whole.
Drain pasta and vegetables,
Mix pesto into the pasta. When well combined, add everything else. Stir a few more times and serve.
