Ingredients
1 C White wine 1 T Lemon Juiceabout 1 qt. Fish Broth (boil the prawn shells in water for 5 min. Strain)2 T Olive Oil1 cut up Leek3 bulbs Garlic, diced3 ribs Celery, diceda handful Parsley1 T Red Pepper1 lb Steamer Clams, 1 lb Prawns,1-2 fillet White Fish, Recommend Snapper or Cod for white fish. Debone first2 Dungeness Crab, 1/2 lb Scallops
Directions
Preparation
Soak the Steamer Clams in salt water to remove sand.
Shell the prawns; cook the shells in water to make fish broth.
Strain after five minutes
Wash the leeks to remove sand. Slice the white part thin.
Dice garlic, celery, parsley
Saute the leeks (white part), Garlic, Celery, and Parsley in olive oil until soft.
Layer the Steamer Clams on the sauted vegetables.
Add the white fish, wine, fish broth, chicken broth, lemon juice.
After the white fish has cooked, add the prawns, crab, scallops.
Season to taste.
Cook until all is nice and hot.

I serve it with sourdough bread and a big green salad.
