1.5 cups dark salad mix1/2 cup organic 3-beans (pinto, black & kidney)*1 cup of diced tomatoes with lime and cilantro*2 oz Weight Watchers Mexican shredded cheese (optional)
Layer dark salad mix onto plate first, and top with mixture of organic beans and diced mexican tomatoes, warm or cold. Top with low-fat shredded cheese (optional) for a comfort food that is healthy!
