Cream of Tomato soup Moosewood

Ingredients
1 Tbs. butter1.5 cups chopped onion1 lg. clove crushed garlic1/2 ts. salt1/2 t. rosemary1/2 t. basilfreshly ground black pepper3.5 c. cooked tomatoes3 T wine2 oz cream cheese low fat
Directions
fry onions and garlic in butter till onions are soft. Put that and all other ingredients in crock pot and cook till hot. Add cream cheese just before serving. Mix well and serve.
makes 4 servings aprox. 1.5 cups each.
