Lowfat Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb 99% fat free chicken breast1 cup Ian's panko breadcrumbs1 tbsp crushed garlic1/4 tsp ground pepper1 large egg
Directions
Mix well all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into balls and brown in a frying pan. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer, or stir fry with mixed veggies, until fully cooked through (about 25 minutes).

Makes 14 meatballs. (1 meatball = 1 serving.)
