Chinese rice and fish

Ingredients
3 cod fillets1 1/2 cups of rice100g sweetcorn100g mange tout5 spring onions5 asparagus spearsspray olive oilblue dragon chowmein sauce chinese 5 spice50 grams of broccoli
Directions
steam the fish off and then flake it off the skin and discard the skin. Boil your rice putting in a table spoon of chinese 5 spice.

heat your wok and spray with oil and add all the veg. Once thats cooked off add the fish and then add the rice. stir fry for 4 mins and then add the sauce. serve in bowls and enjoy
