Measure yogourt into a container, pour frozen berries over (I use blueberries, raspberries, mixed berries) pour vanilla over top and sprinkle with splenda. Allow the fruit to thaw and you end up with a delicious snack that tastes like it should not be healthy. I make this up and take it to work for my afternoon snack...
