King crab, steamed or high quality canned Japanese (~ 16 oz)Dried wakame seaweed, rehydrated in warm water (~ 12 Tbsp)Seedless cucumber, thinly sliced (1 medium)Rice vinegar to taste (~ 6 tsp)Optional soy sauce to taste (~ 6 tsp)
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Combine all the ingredients to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature. The soy sauce is optional and can be added to taste after serving.
