Spanish Paella with Chicken and Sausage

Ingredients
1 T olive oil2 chicken breast1 md onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 lb smoked sausage1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes1 C long grain brown rice4 C low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Put in crock-pot.

Add onions to skillet and cook until translucent, stirring frequently. Stir in garlic, sausage, tomatoes, rice, and chicken broth. Pour over chicken

Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or until chicken and rice are tender.
