Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 1 poundOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mixed Vegetables, canned, 2 cupsCut Green Beans, 2 cupsPotato, raw, 1 large dicedDiced Canned Tomatoes, 2 cupsSalt, 1 tsp.A1 steak Sauce, 4 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Brown ground beef in dutch oven. Add other ingredents. Bring to boil then turn down and let simmer until all ingredents are well done. This can be separated into individual servings of one and one half cups and frozen.
