3 C. Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Rotini 3 C. BroccoliSatay: 1/4 C. water 2 Tbl. plus 1 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar 2 Tbl. sow-sodium soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/4 C. cramy trans-fat free peanut butter
Cook rotini.
Steam Broccoli.
Whisk together peanut butter, water, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes and heat on low until thickened.
Drain rotini and combine all in a bowl and toss together mixing well.
