No Fat Crab Cakes

Ingredients
Saltine Crackers .75 cup, crushed Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .75 cup Old Bay Seasoning (1/4 tsp.), 2 serving Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp just Whites Deb El Dried egg whites 4 tsp, (prepared with water)Parsley, dried, 2 tspSalt, table .5 teaspoon Green Onion, 1 tbsp Best Foods Light Maonaise .25 cupFrench's Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD, 1 tbsp water 2 TbsDungeness Crab - cooked, 8 oz
Directions
combine cracker crumbs, bread crumbs, Old Bay, salt & pepper, set aside; prepare Deb El egg whites as directed on can; whisk with parsley mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, water & green onion, mix with dry ingredients, then carefully add crab, mix gently to avoid breaking crab lumps, form 6 tight balls, refrigerate 1 hr.
remove from fridge after 1 hr, press into patties, then
cook in 3 tbs vegetable oil, 6 mins each side.

serve with my roasted red pepper sauce (see recipe) or for fewer calories, Trader Joe's Red Pepper Spread as shown in foto above...

Yield = 6 crab cakes 2 per serving
