2 russet potatoes1 - 1 1/1 T olive oilseasonings - salt, pepper, garlic salt, parmesan
Thinly slice potatoes and place in a bowl, add olive oil and seasonings and mix. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and then line the sheet with potatoes. Bake at 450 for 20-23 minutes until potatoes are crispy.
