Sunday morning scramble

Ingredients
5 large eggs2 Morningstar Breakfast Sausage PattiesFeta cheese crumbles (1-2oz)
Directions
Put patties on plate and microwave 1 minute to heat part-way. Put eggs in a bowl and scramble with a fork.

When patties come out of microwave cut in small pieces and put in non-stick fry pan coated with spary olive oil. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add eggs and stir with a spatula until almost done, add Feta cheese cumbles and mix in, Stiring until eggs are done and cheese has melted.

Serves 2 generously.
