Ingredients
Directions

Peel your pineapple and cut in half. No need to pit it. Slice according to blender.
Peel the orange and cut in half.
Peel the banana.
Core apple.
Add all ingrediants to the blender EXCEPT the ice.
Blend and mix very well. If the mixture is too runny add some ice to it. Adding too much ice will cause the mixture of fruit to become too thick.

Really good. I also frequently use frozen bananas instead of ice and add 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed meal for Omega-3s. You could also add a scoop of protein powder to make this a complete meal. (no honey needed in such case) This is only "high" in calories if treated as an "extra" in your diet! - 11/19/08
