Ingredients
16 oz can fat free refried beans16 oz carton light sour cream1 c. or so salsa*2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/4 c. sliced green onionsmall can sliced olives1- roma tomato-seeded & chopped
Directions
THis is a layered dip so you'll need a large plate or tray to serve this on. Mix refried beans & approx. 1/3 c. of sour cream together. Spoon this mixture on plate. Top w/ a layer of sour cream, being sure to leave a little of the beans showing around edge. Pour salsa onto of sour cream, leaving an edge. Top w/ the cheddar cheese. Then top w/ the olives, onions, & tomatos.

Serve w/ your favorite tortilla chip. Serves a lot & makes for a great party food.

Serving size is 2Tablespoons, approx 40 served

*can be substituted w/ small carton of guacamole although nutritional facts would need to be altered.

    Good Stuff! My husband loved it. I only used a total of 2/3 of the sour cream it calls for and I put it in too small of a pan... opps. I would use a 9x12 next time. We could barely taste the salsa (I used medium pace chunky) I will use 2 cups next time :) - 1/9/11
