Terri's Shrimp Caesar Salad

Ingredients
3-4 cups of Romaine Lettuce2 tbsp Ken's Light Caesar Dressing1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated3 oz Shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined Medium size shrimp = 9 pieces
Directions
Follow directions for shrimp, thaw them (5 mins in a colander with luke-warm water), then add lettuce, cheese, dressing.
Remove the tails from the shrimp, and add croutons.
Mix and enjoy!

    It hit the spot. Instead of the parm I had Feta cheese, and added some tomatoes for squish and cucumbers for crunch. Delish! - 6/16/10
