Microwave-Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients
1 large potato (with skin)1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning (or other no-calorie seasoning)
Directions
Wash potato and cut into slices about 1/8 of an inch thick. Place slices with edges overlapping on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of seasoning over the top of slices. Flip slices and sprinkle the rest of the seasoning over them. Microwave for another 3 minutes on high. Let sit for 1 minute before eating.

For slices without a slight crunch, add 30 seconds to microwave time both before and after flipping slices.

    Made this for a quick supper, along with steamed broccoli. Didn't have Creole seasoning, so I used salt, pepper, onion & garlic powders. Also used longer cooking time & added a sprinkling of Parmesan the last minute of cooking. Liked the texture of the potatoes--liked baked, only a little chewier.
