3 cups of steel cut oats1 cup almond flour1 cup water3 servings of Biochem 100% Whey Protein1/4 raisins2 cups of canned pumpkin2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup turbonado (raw brown sugar)1/4 cup coconut oil1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix Whey protein with the water and add to the dry ingredients. Add pumpkin and spices making everything is mixed evenly. Pour into 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Makes 8-12 servings. Enjoy!
