Whole Wheat Lasagna

Ingredients
0.5 lb lean ground beef1 link italian sausageolive oil1 onion, finely chopped6 garlic cloves, finely minced2 bell peppers, finely chopped2 stalks celery, chopped12 mushrooms - sliced3 cups pasta sauce1 cup water1 cup low fat ricotta1 egg0.5 cup parmesan cheese1 cup kraft italiano cheese12 whole wheat lasagna noodles
Directions
Soak lasagna noodles in cold water.
Brown beef and crumbled sausage in 3 tbsp oilive oil, add vegetables and saute. Add italian seasoning, salt and pepper if you like.
Mix 3 cups pasta sauce with 1 cup water.
Mix ricotta with an egg and the parmesan cheese,

Drain noodles (uncooked still)
Grease a 9x13 pan with PAM.
Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce on bottom of pan, lay 3 noodles, spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/3 ricotta mixture. Lay 3 more noodles, spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce, 1/3 the meat, 1/3 the ricotta and 3 more noodles. spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce, remaining meat mixture, remaining ricotta mixture and last 3 noodles. Top with the remainder of the sauce and 1 cup italiano cheese.

Bake, covered in foil at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook 15 more minutes.
