Ingredients
cous cous-large mushrooms-sweet chillis or red pepper-chilli sauce
Directions
peel large mushrooms and scoop out the middle brown stuff from the mushroom and stork, mix cous cous (which has been in boling water for a few mins and drained) with chopped chilli or pepper and chilli sauce, fill into the mushroom and put in hot oven for 12 mins, beautiful and a great alternative to potato or pasta. my son and i love this dish....you can also chop and change the filling to suit your taste, these are very filling so a great diet food
