Ingredients
1 Slice Whole Wheat or Spelt Bread2 TBL Peanut Butter (style is your choice)1 1/2 TBL Honey1 Small Fresh Banana sliced in thirds length-wise
Directions
I prefer to make this with toasted bread. This is a simple, open face sandwich. Peanut butter first, then the bananas and finally a drizzle of honey on top. You don't need much honey because of the sweetness from the banana.

This is such a delicious and satisfying meal. The best part is you won't get hungry for a long time afterwards.
