Sugared Pecans

Ingredients
12 oz whole pecans1/2 cup sugar1 tbl cinnamon1 egg white1 tsp water
Directions
Beat egg with water until frothy. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Toss pecans in egg. Stir to coat well. Pour sugar miix over pecans and mix well. Makes 24 1/2oz servings.

    The pecans need to be baked for one hour at 250 degrees, turning every 15 minutes to prevent them from sticking to the pan. - 12/9/13
