Karens nummie smoothie

Ingredients
1 extra small banana peeled and place in freezer overnight1/4 cup of fresh spinich4 oz V8 fusion juice (pick your flavor, mine is acia berry blend)
Directions
Peel banana and place in ziploc bag overnight in freezer ( I do several of these ahead)
place 4 oz of juice in the blender
then add banana and spinich, and grate or blend to taste.

This is very smooth and refreshing.
