Chocolate Tofu Pie

Silken Tofu, 1 packageSemisweet Chocolate ChipsHoneyVanilla ExtractVanilla WafersButterBaking cocoa
Start by forming the crust. Mash the vanilla wafers with a rolling pin in a plastic bag. Place in pie plate with melted butter and baking cocoa. Mix together and, with a spoon, form to pie plate shape. Place in refrigerator whilst preparing the rest.
Melt the chocolate chips, honey and vanilla, 2 minutes in the microwave. Stir. Place silken tofu in blender or food processor. Add chocolate mix to blender. Blend until mixed thoroughly. Quickly, pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate over night (or about 6 hours). Serves about 8.
