Ingredients
Directions
4 oz Salmon Fillet, frozen1 Tbsp Honey1/2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard (can use Dijon mustard)
Mix honey and mustard together. Pour half the mustard mixture over the fillet and the other half on the plate, so you have it all around the fillet.
I use Press N Seal plastic wrap. Wrap the fillet and plate with wrap. Sealing the sides to screate a "pouch" effect.
Set plate in microwave, on high. I don't know the exact timeframe, but I know it doesn't take long. I basically put it for 5 minutes and run. I keep an eye on the salmon and pouch. The salmon will steam and make the pouch blow up, then it will "pop" sort of ((usually blows out the side for me)) and then I check the salmon. If it is still soft, continue cooking. If it is slightly firm, with little give... it is done.
Alternatively, you can 'flake' the fillet to check it's doneness.
Sometimes I make it a "burger" sometimes I eat it just liek this. It's yummy.
Enjoy.
