2 C Red Leaf Lettuce, shredded2 T Cilantro (about 4 sprigs) chopped1/2 C Red Bell Pepper, chopped1 Can Sardines in Olive Oil (3.75 oz)1 t Lemon Juice2 T Catalina Dressing15 Small Multi-grain crackers (I used Kashi Tasty LIttle Crackers, Toasted Asiago)
Directions
Put ingredients in bowl. Toss ingredients. Makes one serving.
