Pecan-Crusted Salmon with Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:Atlantic Salmon (fish), 6 oz (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)*Parmesean Cheese - Grated, 2 tbsp (remove)**Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, .33 cup (remove)Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, .08 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place salmon skin side down (can also be done with skin removed which I prefer) in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Spread 1 Tbsp mayo over each fillet. Combine the pecans, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and butter. Spoon over fillets and press onto salmon. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
FOR THE SAUCE:
combine the cucumber, yogurt, dill and garlic powder, mix well and serve with the salmon.

    Please readjust this! 1,014 calories! It sounds wonderful but can't be added to a food tracker with the high numbers of calories, fat, etc. - 1/4/11
