Crab and Pasta in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
12 ounces crab1 14 oz can chicken broth1 14 oz can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes1/2 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced (or 3/8 tsp powder)1 tsp Old Bay1 tsp Italian Seasoning1 Tbl oil8 oz. pasta
Directions
Saute garlic and onion, add tomatoes, chicken broth and spices and simmer until thickened. Right before serving add crab and heat through.

    I love this recipe! I used fat free chicken broth to cut the calories further and I didn't have any Old Bay seasoning so I used the spices that usually go into the seasoning. I think I used more than 1 tsp of the spices all together but did not add any additional salt. Very good. I used wheat pasta - 3/10/11
