Tropical lime shake

Ingredients
1 snack cup sugar free lime jello (10 cals)1 container key lime fiber one yogurt (50 cals)1/4 tsp xanthan gum1/4 tsp coconut extract 5 ice cubes1/2 cup water
Directions
The Xanthan gum is KEY!! You could also use guar gum or another thickener, but without that, you are really going to end up with a soupy consistency and it won't live up to my rave reviews ;)

Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth, creamy, fluffy texture. The xanthan gum is what does all the work, so don't expect it to turn out the same without it! This would also make a nice alcoholic drink - the coconut extract gives it a hit of a piņa colada flavor!
