Leek, Carrot & Swede Soup

Ingredients
2 medium leeks, sliced4 medium carrots, sliced250g swede, cubed2 stock cubes1 tsp oregano2 litres waterSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice up the vegetables, place them in a pot with the stock cubes, herbs & seasoning and water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
